Eulogy

My father
Was a practical man.
And proud of it.
It was this practicality
That was part of his charm.
His only concern,
Throughout his entire life, was
Not for himself,
But to make sure his family was taken care of.
Always.
He raised us in a way
That never stopped us from dreaming,
But always kept our feet planted firmly on the ground.
I am who I am because of my Dad.
And I can safely say that,
By far,
My brother and I are
His greatest accomplishments.
